Closer to Ketchum you can visit Ernest Hemingway's grave in the Ketchum Cemetery on Route 75 North at 10th Street East, or the Ernest Hemingway Memorial alongside Trail Creek just north of Sun Valley Lodge. Check out the Heritage and Ski Museum in Ketchum to see artifacts from Idaho's ski history (tel. 208/726-8118). For a history of Sun Valley and its famous visitors, check out the Sun Valley Lodge lobby to see dozens of photos dating from the 1930s picturing visitors from the Shah of Iran to Lucille Ball.
